We the undersigned call upon the Government of the United States to:
1. Cease the deployment, either overt or covert, of United States military personnel on the territory of, or in the airspace of, the nation of Syria.
2. Cease the support, funding and arming, whether overt or covert, direct or indirect, of parties involved in combat in the violent conflict now ensuing in the nation of Syria.
3. Lend support to diplomatic negotiations to end the conflict in Syria without pre-conditions beyond the agreement of all parties to a cease-fire.
