The Power to create law, rests solely with the Congress. No President has been granted authority to create edicts simply by decree. Just because they have done it in the past does not make it lawful. This practice should cease immediately, and all prior executive orders, executive agreements, and signing statements shall be voided. Any future use shall be deemed an impeachable offense as it shows disdain for our rule of law and our Constitution, and is a high crime and misdemeanor.
