The organization WAM! (Women, Action, Media!) has recently begun a campaign to censor all content that it deems to be hate speech. This includes simple statistics and documented facts that challenge social concepts such as "rape culture" and "male privilege."
More disturbing is the fact that the majority of organizations that comprise WAM! are government-funded. The United States Government is paying a private conglomerate to deny freedom of speech and even violate international law by censoring foreign citizens.
Privately controlled and regulated censorship such as this is a threat whose magnitude cannot be overstated, as apathy will lead to further violation of rights.
We petition the government to cease its funding of this censorship and defend our Constitution.
