We are asking The President and Congress to create a National Debt Reduction Lottery. We expect all proceeds to go towards operation of the lottery and reduction of the National Debt. We believe giving Americans the chance at winning prizes while contributing towards reducing the National Debt -- is a Win, Win for all of us. Currently difficult choices are being made to avoid the fiscal cliff. We want to reduce some of the impact of future reductions and elimination of programs that support the most exposed Americans (children and the elderly). National lotteries already exist in the UK and Spain. Millions of Americans would play a National Lottery for chances to win various prizes. In addition, the idea once acted upon - will create jobs and increase revenue.
