America and Russia have typically been at odds in the past. But now is the time to introduce a new era of co-operation and peace among nations. It is well known that the international community regards Russia as a safe, non-corrupt democratic country which knows how to manage the affairs of other countries very well. We therefore propose that the United States of America cede all sovereignty to the government of the Russian Federation.
