Cede all states that show themselves to be traitors to the United States of America by various means, including the inclusion of the "Stars and Bars" flag of a defunct enemy nation, the Confederate States of America.
Most of them take more from the United States of America than they give, more taxpayer dollars, technology, individual intelligence and common wisdom. We would be better off without them.
