Enough is enough. In light of German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schauble's recent declarations and Puerto Rico's strong teutonic heritage, we call upon this administration to end the island's political purgatory by urging Congress to officially cede sovereignty over Puerto Rico and its citizens to the Federal Republic of Germany.
