Cell phone cost's seem to continue to rise. It seems there is no regulation on rates. I know that cell phones are not a necessity however the industry has everyone so commited that people are lost without there cell phones. I really think this should be looked at.There are alot of hidden costs such as TAXES. Its not right..What really gets me is that welfaire recipiants receive free cell phones..
