censor Con. Rep. Luis Gutierrez for making false and misleading info. on his speech about Puerto Rico, and his requests.

Congressional Rep. Luis Gutierrez, from the state of Illinois, recently made a speech in Congress stating that he represents us, the territory / island of Puerto Rico when in fact, he does NOT! He further makes a claim for the INDEPENDENCE of Puerto Rico, when the INDEPENDENCE Party of Puerto Rico barely makes over 3% in every election. As recently as 2012, Puerto Rico held a status plebiscite bill, in which over 61% voted in favor of statehood for the island of Puerto Rico, to be admitted as the 51st state of the Union. His comments are insulting, outrageous, false, and misleading and therefore should be censored and withdrawn from the Congressional record. Furthermost, we have an ELECTED rep, Pedro Pierluissi, which has defended us very well, and doesn't need his unsolicited misinfo.
