The Viacom branch, Nickelodeon (which is targeted towards children), has hired a fetish film director (Jonathan C. Butler) to create a children's show. After numerous similarities between the fetish film and the children's show were noted, cover up was attempted.
When using The Three Pronged Miller Test (Used by the U.S. Supreme court to determine whether matter is obscene or not), the program fits all three prongs.
