Nearly half the members of Congress have signed the so-called Taxpayer Protection Pledge, sponsored by an advocacy group founded by an American businessman.
By adhering to this pledge the members of Congress are intentionally limiting the ability of the government to deal both with daily and emergency operations of the nation. This intentional limiting of congressional powers provides ipso facto aid and comfort to our enemies, both foreign and domestic. This is the definition of High Crimes. As a result of their violation of the Congressional Oath as well as Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the Constitution, any member of Congress who does not remove their name immediately should be censured or face expulsion under Section 4 of Article Two of the United States Constitution.
