To censure congress by not paying their salary or benefits unless their behinds are in their chairs to vote.

We the people are tired of sending people to Washington and they only show up for high profile votes, covered in the media. We pay you to do a job. Sit in your chair, shut up and listen to each other. Then find a compromise. Stop fighting like idiots. The government is a centrist enterprise, get a clue or stay home. Show up or forfeit your income and benefits. The Government belongs to us not you. We the People are the power.
