CENSURE REP ISSA Remove Rep. Issa as chairman of the House Oversight Committee,for "Dishonor and abuse of his position"

Rep Issa of the U.S. House Oversight Committee has insulted and defamed Rep Cummings, the ranking member of the same committee. Rep. Issa has continually "cut-off" other members of the committee from participating in hearings. Rep. Issa continually acts in a "dictatorial, self-serving, non-productive "witch-hunt" so-called "investigations." His treatment of the "ranking members of the Oversight Committee, Rep. Cummings, shows Rep. Issas total disregard for the "standing" of the U.S. House, and members of the minority party not being allowed to speak at hearings.
