Centralize and automate IBR, Income based repayment. A system similar to fafsa should be put into place for a one stop.

The IBR, Income Based Repayment Plan, is a huge benefit for people with high levels of student loan debt. However, the benefit is thwarted by having to submit several forms to different lenders at different times of the year. People who wish to participate in the IBR program should be able to submit one form with the department of education, and that form is then automatically sent to lenders informing them that the individiuals loans should be covered under the IBR program. Having to submit different information to each lender is confusing and impedes the IBR process.
