We the people see people make pledges who obviously don't even understand what they are saying. This has three parts.
Part #1:
Before a person is allowed to "Make an Oath" they need to be trained and certified in their Oath & Our Constitution.
Part #2
Violations of their oath of office should put all of their personal, business, and other assets "on the line" as well as criminal investigation & prosecution.
Anyone who is in a position of power over others should be held to a "higher" not "lower" standard than the citizens for which they rule over.
Part 3
Corporations or private parties trying to "buy" the government subject all their assets to public seizure, and personal criminal prosecution for all involved.
This is a War on "fraud" to replace "War on Drugs" in context.
