certify the English plural second person tense by adopting the term "y'all" nationwide, perhaps dropping the apostrophe.

Created by M.F. on April 24, 2013

English has for too long lacked a plural second-person tense. Nearly every local dialect of English has some form of this--though it varies widely. As for American English, the South has contributed greatly over the history of this country, and it would be a small concession and an act of unity were we to all (nationwide) adopt the plural second person "Y'all"
