Certify teachers/facalty in schools on the use of tasers, or allow schools to hire someone who is certified in taser use

Instruct teachers or facalty of public schools in the use of tasers. This can be much more easily done than the distribution of firearms, as stated by many petitions. Tasers can be used as a non lethal threat that can stop many forms of harm happening to any public schools.
