cession of iraq to the united states

we are people of iraq .we wish to cede our state to the union to acheive our ambitions in prosperty and development like other united states citizens.dont think it is a strange or impossible petition .it has done before by people of mexican states in the united states who were suffering from the bad policies of mexican admistration.so they found their way and asked to join the united states of america to acheive their legal aims in living in a developed country who respects the human rights and secures the freedom of faith and thinking.please we need our help we are suffering in our state
