Challenge Americans and the President to get involved and stop gun deaths

Our President should challenge Americans to achieve 100% voter registration and 80% to actually vote in every election. With 90% of Americans wanting some sort of action to stop gun violence - the only thing stopping this action is electing the people in our Government who will make this happen. The 2nd Amendment does not give Americans the right to bear deadly weapons. On one end of the spectrum some believe we should eliminate weapons, and on the other hand some believe we should do nothing. I believe there is a constitutional middle ground. Issue an executive order eliminating deadly weapons. We have technology to move beyond this blood thirsty culture. We can create 21 century weapons with only non-deadly stun capability. This gives a victim the chance of seeing another day
