challenge automobile makers to have fully autonomous cars available to the public by 2020

Since the major goals of this current administration has been health care, climate change, and continued technology growth; we can achieve all 3 by challenging or giving incentives to auto makers to make autonomous cars available to the public by 2020. I challenge the President to push autonomous cars to the forefront of the public conscience by stating within 5 years these will be available. 30,000+ lives could be saved; 14% energy consumption can be reduced with no more wasted energy; and just overall anger and frustration will have significant downturn. We are so close that I believe we need the government's full backing to get this over the hump and relieve any consumer concerns.
