Challenge the constitutionality of the filibuster.

Created by J.C. on December 08, 2011

I believe my constitutional rights are being violated in the Senate of the United States Government.

How can the filibuster possibly be constitutional when it prevents the constitutional frame work of the democracy it creates to process its constitutional duty?

The Senate was not given the power to overide the majority of the peoples rights.

In a government set up by the constitution that is to rule by majority how can it be constitutional for the minority to block the rule of the majority.

The constitution requires the President to enforce the law of the land. The Consumer Protection Agency is the law of the land. Here is a conflict in the constitution or the filibuster is unconstitutional.
