Petitioning to have the Supreme Court's ruling on Obergefell v. Hodges appealed. The ruling allowed for gay marriage in all 50 states. Sign this petition so the States can decide whether gay marriage is fit for their state. Obviously Massachusetts will be more in favor of gay marriage than Texas is. So why should Texas be forced to comply? Also, for some of those who don't know much about the case, today, five unelected justices decided to redefine the foundational unit that binds together our society without public debate or input. Now is the people’s opportunity respond because the future of the institution of marriage is too important to not have a public debate.
