Challenge the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 as Unconstitutional

I petition the administration to ask the Supreme Court to reverse the GFSZA of 1990. We have seen an incredible rise in shootings that occur in gun-free zones. It is entirely too easy for those who intend to cause harm to target areas where they know they will not meet any resistance. Gun-free zones are merely creating a haven for murderous rampages to occur, and are leaving law-abiding citizens exposed. Every school should have armed guards, who have undergone rigorous background checks, to protect the innocent children and faculty inside those walls.
