To challenge Indiana's religious freedom act SEA 101. It promotes "selective" discrimination.

Created by J.T. on March 26, 2015

Indiana's Religious Freedom act implies that individuals can selectively discriminate.against people due to differences in faith. Our country was founded on the principle of the separation of church and state. A state government should not be allowed to create legislation that allows for or facilitates discrimination of any kind, especially religion. Indiana has been embattled with the rights of same sex marriage and this law seems to directly undo the small amount of progress that has been made in Indiana. I urge the Obama Administration to investigate the if this law is constitutional.
