Challenge states laws that restrict or prohibit the voting rights of felons under The Voting Rights Acts of 1965.

Created by D.B. on November 27, 2014

The Voting Rights Act of 1965 prohibits racial discrimination in voting. With such a disparity in the incarceration rate of African Americans in some states and the inconsistency of state laws governing the voting rights of felons, the VRA of 1965 should be modified to provide clarity and protection for all Americans.
