Change the 13 Amendment. Stop the births by illegal aliens from being citizens. A person should not be allowed a gain while committing a criminal act. You should prove you are a citizen to have a child who is a citizen. This is bringing down the education of our own children, requiring special education that slows down the education of ours, and using the free breakfast and lunch programs. The cost of health care as they don't have money to pay for their birth or their heath care. The cost of auto insurance, they drive with out and have accidents. And they don't pay taxes.
