change the 2nd amendment

I have a reasonable idea for the second amendment.
rewrite it and change it at the core. As of now their no amendment to protect protest and protester (i.e police are always their and even disband them) and many of times protester are arrested. So as I hate the idea that a weapon is need to combat tyranny nor is it needed (Gene Sharp: From dicatatorship to democracy). I claim a new amendment to replace this one. "The right of the people to organize, stand against and protest any if it be public or private union shall not be policed, disband, or infinge upon for any reason,
nor may the people of this union be held at that time by any law but murder, assault, or rape, for as the union is banded."
