Change the 40 hr work week to 30-32 hr work week

Changing the full time work week from 40 to 30-32 hours while earning the same pay will create more jobs because buisnesses will need to hire more people.. Workers will have more time off to spend money and spend valuble time with family.. Workers will be happier having a three day weekend (in most cases). More people off unemployment and paying taxes will help our economy. Tax breaks for companies that embrace this new way of thinking. As more and more people enter the work force jobs become limited, this is a way of easing the stream of young people looking for jobs
