In the United States school districts around America the student handbook does not protect students from searches in school. But the Fourth Amendment states that a search must be held with warrant or evidence present. We want to change the student handbook for school districts and have them follow the Fourth Amendment. Because the student handbook states that if a school official or staff member of a school district that has a reasonable suspicion can search your things but the Fourth Amendment does not state that. Making it not fair for students across America.
