The 2nd amendment gives all people the right to keep and bear arms. Turning 18 makes someone legally an adult, why is it that they cant purchase a handgun. If its fear that they will misuse the handgun they shouldn't be punish for something that "might" happen. Also if they do misuse it they are adults and will deal with the consequences. Just because someone is 21 does not make them more responsible or less dangerous than an 18 year old.
