Change the age of consent from 18 to 14. As is much lower in most countries.

Age of consent at 18 is considered high by most the world, we as a country need to understand that the majority of people between the ages of 14-18 understand what they are doing, and that they will do it regardless. This will in turn keep many good people from being convicted of crimes that were infact not crimes at all.
