change the age a person is considered an 'adult' from 18 to 21 or 25.

Created by A.K. on July 11, 2014

For a person to be called an adult, they need to act like one. They need to reach an age of maturity. A person 18 years of age is not, in most cases, of that frame of mind yet. A sufficient age to call a person an adult should be increased to either 21 or 25.
