Change the age restrictions on being voted into political offices.

Created by D.S. on January 22, 2014

The age restriction to become a political candidate for public office need to change. We are voting in old men with old ideas in a ever changing world. New young minds have innovative ideals, fresh new minds. With the ever changing world for us to revert back 45 years to a president whose ideals may or may not follow the worlds views today is ridiculous. Young minds in their prime change the world everyday and the requirement of a certain age of 45 to become President or 35, in most states, to become a governor make no since. Young minds have the most potential and longer lasting endurance to deal with situations. A old man may be thought as wise but in the world today old men are viewed, sometimes, as foolish with mind sets of racism and blind political views.
