Change all Members of Congress to only have 1 office in Washington, DC

Change all member of Congress to only have 1 office in Washington, DC. Currently each member has a 1.2 to 1.6 million dollar office and staff expenditure annually. This is roughly 3 quarters of a Billion dollars for the 535 members. All have multiple offices and not needed in current information age and is old school. Their average time in DC has been cut in half to 2 days a week. They are elected to work in DC and fund raising and talking with lobyist should not be done on the governments dime. This will also allow the expenditure to be reduced.
