Basically everything on the news just measures things in how many football fields long they are. I think that everything should just be measured that way because its easy to visualize. Nobody knows how long a mile is, but everyone understands when you just say 17.6 football fields. I always have trouble visualizing an inch, but when I think about 1/3000 of a football field, it all makes sense. Please change the nation unit of measurement to football fields because its the correct thing to do.
