change all Senators & Cogressmen positions to voluntary or "vow of poverty" position. where we pay them the poverty rate

Make all of these positions to either voluntary (if they don't need the money), or pay for the position will be based on the amount considered to be the poverty level of a family of 4, at the time of elected into office. Remove all & any entitlements, such as private cars & drivers, cell phones, expense accounts. Let's see who really wants to "serve the people" .
