Change American Foreign Policy Toward Mexico's Culture of Official Corruption and Decreasing Rule-of Law.

Mexico is our southern neighbor and an important partner in trade, defense, culture and tourism. Official corruption at all levels of Mexican government is making relations difficult, unreliable, and even dangerous for businesspeople, citizens and tourists. We petition the President to create policy that addresses these issues. The border is important for our security and what happens in Mexico can leak over to the United States as well. We need a policy that helps Mexico by confronting and addressing corruption in all phases; and creating responsive policies that will hopefully decrease this alarming development
