Change American Prisons to Russian Prison Styles

Change American prisons to be more like Russian prisons. Russian prisons don't allow jail mates to contact other prisoners. They are better at their budgets, keeping employment up, giving animals (dogs) homes, are less likely to have jail breaks/riots, public crime rates go up from prisoners because they got connections/tips from the inside, and so on. American jails are to lenient. Most times people do a crime to be put in jail because the perks are better in jail. They do not have to work, feed decent meals, get to exercise, and meet friends is this really how our tax money should be spent? I don't, I personally think Russian jails just make more sense. If you don't agree that is fine, I am just stating my opinion and what I think would be better.
