Change the American voting system.

Have you ever wondered why we have two major political parties? Well, it is simply our voting system. We have a First Past The Post or Winner Take All voting system.
There are number of problems with our voting system.
1. Minority Rule
2. Two-Party System
3. The Spoiler Effect
