Change ammentment 2 of the Constitution of the US to control sale, background check-up, and access to weapons

Based on the increase of massive crimes in US because of the easy access to firearms. Stop violence controlling firearms sale and accessibility, mass media violence that is affecting our people in multiple ways, and facilitate the access to mental health treatment to those in need!
