Change the amount of personal property values for SSI recipient due to increased living and poverty levels nation wide.

I am a single 50 yr old woman with a multitude of disabilities. I live off the main stream public.transportation and see several doctors. Some are more than 30 miles away from my home due to health care insurance issues. In the current economy a car with a blue book value of $2,000 is as dependable as a car valued at $200 in 1995. With the cost of living and the poverty levels nation wide rising the people that receives SSI should have an increases in the amount of personal property values to $5,000. If you or someone you know is in this same dilemma please sign this petition and get others to do so as well so we can help the main stream public that get lost in the main stream public systems. This is not asking for ANY monies from the government just ourselves and enrichment in our lives.
