Change and or better Dhs or cps procedures stop Colorado state from removing fathers

In Colorado state cps places families outside of their homes and dhs or cps removes the father immediately with out proof of neglect or abuse we lost our home and my children's father is still out of the home dhs needs to be investigated in this state I am being told they don't have to do any investigating they can just get involved and take you to court and during this time they can use opinions and suspension to keep the family broken apart even after no abuse has been found they are still pushing forward based on opinions even though they have been proven false it is a waste of tax dollars to be using court and not even investigating or offering services before starting a d and n case I am asking for someone to look into this kids need fathers and family is supposed to be valued
