Animals all across the nation are getting abused daily by scientists and emotionally unstable people. As a project for our school, we are petitioning to change the Animal Welfare Act so that not only ALL animals are protected, but from every form of experimentation and abuse. Also so that people who hurt animals serve jail for their crime not just pay a fine. Over 26 million animals are abused each year and we need this madness to stop. Animals have feelings too and they don't deserve horrible treatment just like people. Please sign this petition to make a change in this nation for the better.
