Given the apparent lack of basic understanding of the foundations of government in the United States of America, I propose that the soundtrack for the 1970/80's children's cartoon "Schoolhouse Rock", specifically the collections known as "America Rock" be utilized as the default background music for all PA systems, elevator music systems, telephone hold systems, and any other forms of public address systems the Capitol Complex uses when they are in an idle state.
I feel that if this series was contained adequate and accurate information to inform America's youth on the basics of Democracy, it should be a light hearted reminder to those in elected office of the overall concept of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness that seems to be growing ever dimmer.
