Tattoos were good enough for war...
In this new policy enlisted soldiers are receiving a kick in the teeth from the administration. The new regs state that new tattoos below the knees or elbows, and/or sleeves will not be allowed, which sounds fine on paper but underneath the surface, a great injustice is being served. Previous tattoos are supposedly "grandfathered in" for current soldiers, however, a Soldier will be prohibited from commissioning (becoming) an Officer regardless if the tattoos are "grandfathered" or not. Enlisted soldiers who have spent years attaining the qualifications and readying themselves to become officers capable of leading, are now being denied the right to advance in their career.Sign the petition and let military leaders know we wont't stand for the discrimination
