Change the army recruit sign ups that the young men and women can join the army with tattoos on their hands

There are a lot of young men and women who would like to fight for there country or better there selves by joining the army but they can't do to the fact the army general changed the rule that kids can't join due to a tattoo on there hand and I feel that is ridiculous we also have single parents that have kids getting in to trouble and would like to save them from the street by sending them to the army but they have to loose them to the streets or jail because they can't join due to a tattoo on there hand a tattoo shouldn't justify a young man or women from fighting for the country I would like for the army general to change the army recruit sign ups
