Change back the original language for 501 orgs unauthorized & illegally changed by IRS. Change Primarily to Exclusively.

This petition is to change the language defining 501 orgs back the original language, as stipulated by Congress. The IRS made an illegal and unauthorized change, substituting the term "Primarily" in place of "Exclusively". The unintended consequences of which has allowed millions of dollars from campaign contributions to subvert our political system and our voting rights. This in turn has allowed PAC organizations to subvert and/or circumvent the original intent of the law as set forth by Congress.
