Change the bail system to be based on both income and crime

We the people of the United States believe that the bail system is unjust, and in favor of celebrities and the upper class. We believe that a perpetrator's bail should be set based on their income, and the crime that they committed. Lots of celebrities get off scot-free for D.U.I.'s, drug charges, etc. with low bail amounts that they can easily pay. This is unfair to the middle and lower classes, and we believe it should be an equal system.
