To change Bankruptcy back to the original intent of a fresh start with education costs rising and employment bleak.

We the people understand that with the job market still not back on track and many students coming out of college with an uncertain job situation or becoming under employed. That we need Bankruptcy to be what it was before President George W. Bush changed it to not include student loans. Now some say the Undue burden clause takes care of this, but with a little research you will see that this is giving out very rarly and only under the most sever circumstances. Bankruptcy was meant to give Americans a fresh start and under the current situation it is needed now more than ever before. So please change this hurtful policy and help end the stress and anxiety of millions of students facing uncertan futures.
