Servers work extremely hard for their money. For the most part is has always been a way to make good money and take care of your family. Now that a bill has been put in place to stop mandatory 18% tips everyone is taking pay cut. I cant believe that the government would even think that people of large quantities would come into a restaurant and just "look out" for the servers who took care of them. Its an unfair advantage knowing that they don't have to even give a dollar. Who does that help? When they come in to spend money, we come in to pay bills! How would u feel not making a dime from the work you put in. And to top it off a percentage of your sales go to various different departments in the restaurant. Did we think we could trust people according to the honor system in 2014?
